Our Founder
Resmi Maxim is an Award Winning News Caster and Malayalam Television Personality as well as an established Corporate Professional presently running her own Process Consulting Practice.

With over 2 decades of media experience, Resmi has been a News Presenter and Anchor for different programs on Surya TV, Asianet and Kairali TV and Presenter for the Soorya Stage & Film Society (World’s largest & longest Cultural Festival as per LIMCA book of World records) for 25 years.
Resmi’s Corporate Career includes 23+ years of experience as an established Process Consultant, Entrepreneur and former VP Operations heading operations and business development in Construction & Process Management.
With her passion for health, fitness, community & personal weight loss transformation coupled with her inspiring personal journey, Resmi established Brio League – Centre for Holistic Nutrition & Fitness in Trivandrum in 2018, offering personalised programs combining Health, Nutrition & Lifestyle Training leveraging the power of Coaching, Community Interaction & Shared Motivation.
